Residents of Lochaven enjoy a beautiful clubhouse with wrap-around porches and a walk-out lower level. The clubhouse serves as a community center with meeting rooms for the Lochaven neighborhood. Other recreational facilities at Lochaven include a swimming pool, a tennis court, a playground and walking paths. All lot owners in Lochaven receive automatic membership to the Lochaven Homeowners Association, Inc. enjoying full rights, privileges and responsibilities upon closing of their lot.

Lake Lochaven Amenities Center
Bring your boat and enjoy resort style living on the lake at Lochaven. Our new amenities center is a gathering place for Lochaven residents. The new center features courtesy docks for easy boat access, pools and a work out facility for residents. The outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, bar and gazebo, will be complete in Spring 2008.

Dr. James A. Dillon Park - Phase 1 Now Open
This 77-acre Noblesville City Park is an amazing addition to Lochaven. The plans include multi-purpose ball fields, a water park shown below, state of the art playground equipment, Frisbee golf, a skate park, walking trails and more.
