WestClay Uptown is located in the northwest section of the Village near the intersection of 131st and Towne Road. CVS, Chase Bank and Primrose School are now open. The National Bank of Indianapolis is under construction and should be open in the Fall of 2008. This peripheral retail area is automobile friendly, and is permitted to feature a hardware store, filling station and more. Uptown has an art deco architecture design theme.
